Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimizing the Zenoti CRM system to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Setting up and maintaining automated email campaigns, including creating and sending birthday vouchers and managing a referral program.
  • Transitioning the gift voucher system from manual to online processes to improve efficiency.
  • Assisting in sending mass emails for new product introductions and promotions.
  • Generating and analyzing reports from the CRM to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy, creating engaging content for various platforms.
  • Managing and growing the salon's social media presence by planning and scheduling posts, monitoring trends, and engaging with followers.
  • Collaborating with the admin team to align social media efforts with email marketing campaigns.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or social media management role, preferably within the beauty or service industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Zenoti) and social media management tools.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing, automation, and social media analytics.
  • Excellent data management and analysis skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong creative skills and an understanding of aesthetics for effective content creation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

This is a remote position with a 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM AEST, including 30 minutes paid break.Independent Contractor Perks include permanent work from home, immediate hiring, and steady freelance job.
