We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Music and Art Therapy Newcomer.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates of Music or Art therapy programs to gain experience in the NDIS field. You will work with individuals and groups, providing centre-based group activities to people with disabilities of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead group-based therapy sessions and develop evidence-based therapy programs for individuals and groups.
  • Assist participants in identifying their needs and goals, and contribute to support plan development, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and monitor progress towards outcomes.

In addition to your passion for music and art therapy, you will also need to have/plan to obtain:

  • Australian Working Rights
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Nsw WWCC and Police Clearance
