We are currently seeking a Store Leader to join our team
About the Role:
As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our stores. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth, while ensuring exceptional customer service and employee satisfaction.
A typical day in this role might include:
- Analyzing sales data to inform visual merchandising decisions
- Collaborating with production leaders to plan and execute promotions
- Leading safety meetings to maintain a safe work environment
- Coaching employees on how to provide excellent customer service
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience managing teams in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
