Op Shop Thrift Store Manager
The role of Op Shop Thrift Store Manager involves overseeing the daily operations of the store while focusing on generating revenue through the sale of quality second-hand items. The successful candidate will have a background in retail and supervisory experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the store and coordinate volunteers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Organise stock flow to meet shop targets and submit weekly stock orders to the distribution centre.
- Ensure adequate stock provision and maintain a happy and friendly store environment.
- Liaise with operational support regarding stock volume and quality.
- Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance of store staff and volunteers.
Some weekend work will be required.

Salary Packaging:
