About the OpportunityWe are seeking compassionate individuals who share our mission and values to assist people with disabilities and barriers to achieve life-changing employment goals.
- Deliver tailored support to meet the unique needs of our participants and their employment objectives
- Market participants to prospective employers, source employment opportunities and facilitate job search activities
- Refer job seekers to internal and external services for individual assistance and training
- Provide ongoing support to working participants and their employers
- Maintain a high volume of administrative tasks in accordance with a compliance framework
About You:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Ability to proactively problem solve, display resilience and overcome obstacles
- Proven experience achieving performance targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer literacy and confidence navigating complex systems
- Comfortable completing required training to operate under a government framework
