About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our team at TGI Fridays Sunshine Plaza. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for producing high-quality American food in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure that all meals are cooked in a timely manner and are of the highest possible quality.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including staff allocation and secondary duties, to ensure efficient service.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to all food preparation and cleanliness guidelines.
  • Participate in menu development and improvement, including specials and limited-time offers.
  • Assist in stock management, ordering, and receiving.
Requirements
  • Fully Trade Qualified or Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
