Product Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Director to lead our practice management area at Xero. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for owning multiple complex and high-priority product areas, including our core enablement and platform capabilities, public APIs, search and navigation, AI, and key commercial partnerships and integrations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps to drive business growth and customer success.
- Lead a team of product managers and senior product managers to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and product marketing teams to bring new products to market.
- Deeply understand customers and drive shared understanding of target segments across the team and stakeholders.
- Be an effective spokesperson for the product, communicating effectively with executives and other stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in relevant industry and technology.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive product adoption and growth.

Requirements- Around 10 years' experience in product management.
- Experience with AI and/or platform products.
- Commercial and external partnership experience.
- Be values-driven with a strong focus on collaboration and delivering on outcomes.
- Have strong product and people leadership experience.
- Love learning new things and willing to push boundaries and drive new thinking.
- A track record of solving complex customer, commercial, and technical problems.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate and develop a team of product managers.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
