We are seeking a driven Analyst to join our team in Sydney and train, advise & support software customers within the APAC region. The successful candidate will combine astute analytical ability with excellent communication skills and a passion to work with energy sector clients to integrate our software products into their decision-making processes.

Responsibilities
  • Support leading developers, utilities and funds to onboard and develop deep knowledge about their use cases for our products, leveraging technical expertise across our software suite and relevant power markets knowledge
  • Meet with clients in-person and virtually to build relationships and help grow and retain our client base in APAC
  • Guide customers as they use the Aurora software suite to conduct asset valuations and construct long-term power market scenarios to inform their market view
  • Troubleshoot wide-ranging client requests and help clients interpret complex results, using your power markets knowledge and data analysis skills

  • Self-starter with creative problem-solving approach and ability to rapidly assimilate new knowledge
  • Passion for working with clients across the energy sector
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate and collaborate with both technically and non-technically minded parties on a range of complex topics
