Oracle EPM Functional Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle EPM Functional Consultant to join our team. This is a client-facing, hands-on role where you will lead EPM business transformation projects, provide advisory services, and implement Oracle EPM Cloud solutions that deliver real business value.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementations and functional leadership on at least one successful project. They will also possess expertise across Oracle EPM modules (PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, EPRCS, EDMCS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications, including Oracle EPM. Additionally, they will have strong ability to review, analyse, and design complex ICT business processes and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Expert Advisory Services: Guide clients on EPM Cloud roadmaps and participate in business transformation initiatives.
  • Lead Implementations: Design, build, and implement Oracle EPM Cloud solutions across Planning & Budgeting (PBCS/EPBCS), Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Profitability & Cost Management (PCMCS), Narrative Reporting (EPRCS), and Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS).
  • Drive Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Facilitate workshops, elicit requirements, and translate business needs into effective solutions.
  • Support Presales & Proposals: Contribute to client discovery workshops, solution walkthroughs, and proposal development.
