Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Oracle EPM Cloud team as an end-to-end project delivery specialist.

As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering client engagements related to Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) products, working closely with clients to understand and document their requirements, and derive innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver client engagements involving one or more Oracle EPM products.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand, analyze, and document their needs, and develop tailored solutions.
  • Support pre-sales activities by developing an understanding of new features, linking client requirements to Oracle applications, and demonstrating capabilities.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate workshops to educate clients on the benefits and opportunities of Oracle technology and how it can drive business growth.
  • Assist with process design, risk control, security, and other aspects of operating model design for key business capabilities.
  • Utilize technical and sector knowledge to identify solutions to complex client issues and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Recent implementation experience of an Oracle EPM solution in a hands-on configuration role or as a business lead.
  • Relevant skills and qualifications in Reconciliation, Performance Management, Consolidation, or Tax.
  • Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) experience with a professional services advisory firm or publicly traded company, including leading and delivering full life cycle implementation projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Delivery experience and configuration knowledge with two or more of the following Oracle EPM products: Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud, Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service, Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud.
