Description

The Sports Leadership Role is a key position within our fast-paced environment. As a leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and working with top brands. Your goal will be to consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high standards in store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management.



Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, utilizing advanced technology to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their full potential and consistently meet sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to manage rosters and control wage spend.
  • Support daily store operations and ensure compliance with OH&S requirements.


Qualifications and Skills
  • Prior experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a senior retail role.
  • A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
  • A solid understanding of stock control and visual merchandising best practices.
