Outside School Hours Program Lead

Position Summary:
A key role exists for a dedicated Coordinator to lead our Outside School Hours Care service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to develop engaging programs for children, and a passion for building strong relationships with families and staff members.
Job Description:
- Design and deliver high-quality before and after school care programs for children of various ages.
- Build positive relationships as the face of our service in your school community.
- Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and growth within the industry.
- Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Possess an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar).
- Hold a valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
- Be willing to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and other relevant certificates.
