Job Description
">The OSHC Coordinator role is crucial in leading the Outside School Hours Care service at our school, providing quality care and programs for children before and after school, as well as during holidays.

- Lead the OSHC service by delivering high-quality care and programs that support local families.">
- Create engaging programs using industry-leading tools to cater to the diverse needs of children.">
- Develop positive relationships within the school community as the face of the OSHC service.">
- Mentor a team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.">
Key Responsibilities:

- Roster staff with support from the Area Manager.">
- Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks effectively.">
Requirements
">- ">
- Passionate about making a difference in children's lives.">
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships.">
- Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential.">
- Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification, including studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services.">
Working Conditions

- Monday to Friday - no weekend work.">
