Job Title: Renewable Energy Technician

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Renewable Energy Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment at customer sites globally.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that all equipment is functioning efficiently and effectively, and that any issues or malfunctions are promptly identified and resolved.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with colleagues and customers from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment at customer sites
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical problems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements

You will also be required to work independently and as part of a team, using your problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to resolve complex issues and achieve objectives.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A trade qualification in Diesel/Mobile Plant Mechanics
  • Previous experience working on hydraulic equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to travel internationally for extended periods
  • A current driver's license
  • Basic Word and Excel skills
  • Flexibility to work overtime and varied shifts

As a bonus, having certifications such as Forklift, W, T, R, and Air conditioning tickets would be advantageous.
