Family Violence Practitioner and Case Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Violence Practitioner and Case Manager to join our team at Relationships Australia Victoria. As a key member of our Family Violence team, you will work collaboratively with external partners to deliver high-quality services, including Men's Behaviour Change Programs and Men's Case Management.
Your key responsibilities will include assessing clients' suitability for FV Programs, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, and risk management of participants. You will also meet client needs in an evidence-based, outcomes-focused manner by delivering case management and family safety support, including referrals to relevant services where required.
This is a permanent part-time position, working Monday to Thursday, with the expectation of one evening shift per week. The base salary range is $95k-$102k per annum.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have a degree in social work or a related social science discipline, and completion of the 'No to Violence' Graduate Certificate in Client Assessment and Case Management (Male Family Violence), Swinburne University (preferred) or significant relevant group work experience.
You will also have experience in provision of high-quality risk assessments of individuals and families, where family violence is an identified risk, and an understanding of the gendered nature of family violence and the ability to articulate a practice framework including engagement and assessment.
