Feral Management Specialist

We are seeking a talented professional to support the South Australian Feral Deer Eradication Program in a key role that requires effective management of environmental, agricultural and pastoral impacts.
About the RoleThis position sits within the Pest Animal Team of the Invasive Species Unit, working closely with regional landscape boards, government agencies and partners to deliver agency priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Program Delivery: Support operations to effectively manage the impacts of feral deer on the environment, agriculture and pastoral industries.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to delivering the agency's priorities including increasing productivity of primary industries, securing production through biosecurity, building partnerships and managing adverse events.
- Possession of a current driver's licence and willingness to drive for work purposes.
- Ability to work out of hours and travel interstate as required.
This role offers a competitive salary of $85,790 min - $95,413 max per annum, plus superannuation benefits.
