About the Role

As a Customs Broker, you will be responsible for lodging customs declarations for allocated clients with strong attention to detail. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lodging customs declarations accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Preparing and checking customs entries to ensure compliance.
  • Following up with Quarantine and Import Food processing when required.
  • Maintaining excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Providing guidance to the Classifier/Compilers.
  • Handling all other Customs functions such as auditing, refund, drawback, TA and TC etc.
  • Attending to client's Quarantine query and providing professional advice and assistance.
What You Can Bring to Qube

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • A current Customs Broker license and quarantine accreditation.
  • Previous experience in Expedient system is preferred, but not compulsory.
  • A mature approach to your work and good team spirit.
  • A strong commitment to job and good work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer skills.
