We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Casual Sales Assistant.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Key responsibilities will include assisting customers, maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards, and working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible with their availability.
About the Role

This casual role requires flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a Monday-Sunday roster. If you are looking for a rewarding career that offers opportunities for growth and development, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

  • A true passion for retail and customer service is essential, as well as the ability to use your initiative and think creatively.
  • Clear and effective communication skills are also crucial, as well as the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Flexibility is key in this role, as you may be required to work during the week, evenings, and weekends.
  • Previous fashion retail experience would be highly regarded but is not essential.
