Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management: Oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment for students and staff.
Teaching and Learning: Develop and implement curriculum standards, observe and oversee job performance, and mentor and arrange professional development opportunities for teachers and staff.
Communication and Collaboration: Meet with parents to discuss student progress and behavior, discipline and counsel students, and execute school district policies as directed by the superintendent and school board.
Financial Management: Propose and manage the school budget, oversee capital projects and maintenance, and procure school supplies.
Security and Compliance: Arrange and maintain school security, and gather standardized testing and other reporting data to present to the district superintendent.
