About the Role

As a seasoned Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager, you will join our highly experienced and culturally diverse team, working on high-profile major retail and consumer services clients, as well as other fascinating projects in the Brisbane buildings sector.
- You will manage master-plan and feasibility budgets, cost-checking developing designs, value engineering, tender evaluations, contract negotiations, cash flow projects, procurement, cost reporting, evaluation of variations, valuations, final account reporting, claims preparation, investment analysis, and more.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management;
- Full Australian working rights and current location in Australia;
- RICS/AIQS accreditation is highly regarded;
- Proficiency in using Cost X;
- High motivation and passion for delivering excellence to clients;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage teams and control multiple projects/client commissions.
