We are seeking an experienced Content Strategist to oversee and manage the delivery of content and creative projects across multiple digital platforms.
This role involves serving as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and the timely execution of projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all content aligns with the client's objectives, on brief and budget, while leading the delivery of high-quality creative assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of digital content and creative assets, including websites, blog posts, social media content, videos, and other branded visuals.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., designers, copywriters, developers, and strategists) to ensure all creative concepts and content meet the client's needs and align with the project scope and goals.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality control throughout the project, reviewing deliverables to ensure they meet the expected standards and adhere to the brand guidelines.
- Track the performance of content and creative campaigns, using metrics such as engagement, conversions, and SEO ranking.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in content strategy, creative project management, or digital marketing, ideally within an agency or creative services environment.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working directly with clients and internal teams.
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in project scope or client requirements.
