About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Christmas Experience Team Leader, where you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of elves to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences.

  • Lead your team to create magical moments for all of Santa's visitors
  • Manage daily operations, rosters and workflow to ensure seamless delivery
  • Welcome families and maintain a joyful atmosphere throughout the festive season
  • Showcase your leadership skills by bringing energy and positivity even on the busiest days

In this role, you will be the calm in the storm, keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring the magic never fades. You will work closely with your team to bring the spirit of Christmas to life, creating lasting memories for families from all over the world.
