Travel Experience Coordinator

Deliver exceptional journeys for our clients as a skilled travel experience coordinator. With expertise in travel sales and management, you will coordinate and manage complex itineraries, ensuring seamless journeys from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, transfers, travel insurance, and visa arrangements
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure every client enjoys a stress-free travel experience
  • Utilize your multitasking ability to juggle priorities, meet deadlines, and exceed client expectations

Requirements:

  • Experience as a travel consultant or manager with a strong background in GDS systems, particularly Sabre
  • Exceptional attention to detail; a high level of accuracy is essential
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills to develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
  • Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a positive, inclusive company culture
