As a Retail Professional, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding store sales performance and individual targets, taking ownership to meet or exceed them.
  • Executing the brand's customer service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintaining established visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
  • Processing merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, ensuring all products are represented on the sales floor.
  • Representing the adidas brand values and products in an inspiring way.
