Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our retail team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sport and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. You will also process merchandise deliveries, replenish stock, and represent the brand in an inspiring way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales targets by utilizing available resources and taking ownership of results.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by executing Brand Customer Service standards.
  • Maintain Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Process merchandise deliveries and ensure stock levels are maintained.
  • Represent the brand and its values in a positive and inspiring way.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in retail sales or customer service, with a proven track record of achievement.
