Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mainframe Assembler Engineer to develop mainframe applications using Assembler language, adhering to industry standards and best practices.


Key Responsibilities
  • Application Development: Design, code, test, and debug mainframe applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions, fostering excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Application Enhancement: Enhance and maintain existing applications to stay updated with emerging technologies in mainframe development.
  • Connex and Switch Implementation: Implement Connex on IBM Mainframe and Switch configurations for secure and efficient communication.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Assembler applications, Connex, and Switch, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Mainframe Assembler Engineer with strong Assembler programming skills and hands-on expertise with Connex and Switch technologies.
  • Additional Skills: Familiarity with COBOL, JCL, DB2, and mainframe tools is advantageous.
