Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the design, coding, testing, and debugging of mainframe applications using Assembler language.

Key Responsibilities
  • To spearhead the development of mainframe applications using Assembler programming skills.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • To enhance and maintain existing applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • To implement Connex on IBM Mainframe and Switch configurations for secure and efficient communication.
  • To troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Assembler applications, Connex, and Switch.
  • To conduct code reviews, performance analysis, and optimization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Mainframe Assembler Engineer with strong Assembler programming skills.
  • Familiarity with COBOL, JCL, DB2, and mainframe tools (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
