The Role

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, managing cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This role involves:

  • Barista duties
  • Floor staff responsibilities
  • General food and beverage service

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to spot, solve and prioritise tasks
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • A valid Victorian RSA Certificate
