Job Title: Home Assurance & QA Inspector

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Home Assurance and Quality Assurance Inspector. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and materials are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly resolving new home customers' concerns and issues in a professional manner.
  • Ensuring all maintenance and warranty work is completed to Plantation's quality standards.
  • Complying with legal obligations such as OH&S, building (BCA), energy, fire, and electrical codes.
  • Overseeing contractors, tradespeople, and suppliers onsite.
  • Achieving set maintenance and warranty targets all within set timeframes.
  • Effectively communicating with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conducting Quality Assurance inspections
