Job Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team, where you'll have the chance to work on high-profile commercial projects and drive growth in the private sector.

  • Lead the management of commercial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Oversee project teams and focus on driving business growth in the commercial sector.
  • Take charge of project planning, finances, and budgeting.
  • Manage and report assigned programs of work to meet program objectives according to corporate policy and contractual agreements.
  • Monitor project changes, adjusting plans and activities accordingly.
  • Track key milestones through regular project reviews and analyze potential risks to ensure delivery of program objectives.
  • Evaluate project deliverables to ensure they meet high standards.
  • Maintain open communication with internal and external stakeholders to align and agree on program objectives and anticipate any changes that may impact the program.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum 'baseline' clearance or the ability to obtain one.
  • Existing relationships within the Canberra market, particularly with private developers, asset managers, and investment firms.
  • Experience in managing commercial projects.
