Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our commercial construction projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing the planning, financial, and budgeting aspects of our projects, as well as overseeing and monitoring key milestones to ensure delivery of program objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
  • Responsible for managing the team and driving growth in the commercial sector
  • Responsible for the planning, financial, and budgeting aspects of projects
  • Manage and report the assigned program of work to achieve program objectives in accordance with corporate policy and contractual agreements
  • Manage and anticipate project changes, adjusting plans and activities accordingly
  • Oversee and monitor key milestones for the project through regular project reviews and analysis of potential risks to ensure delivery of program objectives
  • Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align and agree program of work and anticipate changes that may impact the program of work

Requirements

  • Minimum – Bachelor Degree in a relevant subject
  • Holds a minimum 'baseline' clearance, or the ability to obtain one
  • Has existing relationships within the Canberra market, particularly with private developers, asset managers, and investment firms
  • Experience in managing commercial projects
