Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled baker with a genuine passion for baking. As a member of our bakery team, you'll be responsible for providing superior products to our customers while working in a fast-paced environment with energised teams that love sharing their knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake high-quality bread products according to company standards;
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations;
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives;
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers receive a positive experience when interacting with our bakery team.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you'll need:

  • Australian (AQF issued) Trade/ Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent;
  • Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia;
  • Previous experience in a baking or retail environment;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • A flexible and adaptable attitude, willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
