  • Strategizing with Manager Patient Admissions to drive admissions performance.
  • Supervising clerical caregivers in allocated areas and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Developing training materials and procedures to enhance caregiver capabilities.
  • Maintaining stationery and supplies within budget constraints.
  • Undertaking rostering duties as directed by Manager Patient Admissions.
  • Liaising regularly with external agencies and stakeholders.
  • Embodying a customer-centric approach with a strong focus on patient satisfaction.
  • Upgrading skills and knowledge to navigate a pressured work environment.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
