Admissions Leadership Role
As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process and ensuring that it aligns with the college's strategic goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, as you will need to evaluate admission performance data and inform decision-making.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing diverse teams and delivering high-quality services. They will also have strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust with key stakeholders.

About the Role
This position involves overseeing the admissions team, ensuring high performance standards are met. The ideal candidate will provide staff training and continually review internal processes to maintain excellence in performance.
You will work closely with the Marketing and Admissions team to refine admission functions, ensuring outstanding customer service while maintaining the integrity of the admission process.
In addition, you will coordinate the creation and management of student admissions files for efficient processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Strategic Planning: Utilize recruitment data to evaluate admission performance against the College strategic goals and inform decision-making.
- Team Management and Efficiency: Oversee the admissions team, ensuring high performance standards.
- Reporting and Policy Development: Prepare detailed reports and strategic advice on admissions policies and compliance.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with the Marketing and Admissions team to refine admission functions.
- Student Admissions Files: Coordinate the creation and management of student admissions files.
- Relationship Building: Maintain credible relationships with counterparts at partner universities and external stakeholders.
- Regulatory Compliance Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with changes in student visa requirements.
Requirements
Essential:
i. Undergraduate degree qualifications and 3 years managerial experience; or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience
ii. Proven ability to manage diverse teams and deliver high-quality services
iii. Strong relationship-building skills and ability to build trust with key stakeholders
iv. Highly developed managerial skills demonstrated in a process-driven environment of large volume work-flows and critical deadlines
v. Demonstrated capacity to lead and motivate staff to achieve strategic directions
vi. Critical and creative thinking skills to evaluate service delivery
