About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Garden Maintenance Team Leader to lead our team in delivering exceptional garden maintenance services. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to utilise your leadership skills and horticultural expertise to drive results and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct a team of maintenance staff, prioritising tasks to ensure efficient completion of garden maintenance activities.
  • Develop and implement schedules to meet client requirements, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning, and fertilising.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to enhance team members' horticultural skills and safety practices.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess garden conditions, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities.
