About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Garden Maintenance Team Member to join our team at Green by Nature. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and enhance our gardens and outdoor spaces. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions from your Team Leader are essential for success in this role.

  • Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and watering to ensure the health and beauty of our gardens.
  • Maintain lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas to create a safe and visually appealing environment.
  • Prepare soil, mulch, and plant beds to promote healthy plant growth and reduce maintenance requirements.
  • Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment and prevent accidents.

About You

  • Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • White Card.
  • Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
