HR Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an HR Operations Coordinator. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating new-hire onboarding activities, and maintaining records and documents.
The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience in office support or customer service, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage personnel files, data entry, and other administrative tasks
- Coordinate new-hire onboarding activities and ensure seamless integration into the team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and metrics
- Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
