Job Overview

The key role of this position is to provide fortnightly and monthly payroll processing, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and production of internal reporting and reconciliation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the effectiveness and efficiency of the Payroll System
  • Collaborate with the Senior Payroll Specialist and develop supporting documentation for continuous improvement of payroll processes
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in payroll processing, analysing and interpreting Awards
  • Implemented changes in conditions and a proactive approach to assisting team members and resolving payroll issues
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills
