Job Role: Culinary Specialist

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled culinary specialist to join our team at an Aged Care facility located in Tenterfield, NSW. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving meals that meet the dietary needs of residents while ensuring food safety regulations are adhered to.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Prepare, cook, and serve meals according to individual resident requirements
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
* Assist with menu planning and meal preparation to ensure variety and nutritional balance
* Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained regularly
* Collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent customer service and support the overall well-being of residents

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent experience in commercial cookery
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
* Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
* Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) highly desirable
