Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager/Project Manager to join our Australian Water Utilities team.

  • Lead one of Adelaide's largest water-sector consulting teams on groundbreaking projects with nationwide impact.
  • Collaborate with industry-leading clients, including government agencies, corporations, utilities and more.
  • Oversee design projects, ensuring high-quality results, timely delivery and outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare design fee estimates, drive project governance and ensure compliance with legal, quality and client standards.
  • Develop strategies that address regulatory compliance, risk mitigation and sustainability.
  • Partner with design organisations in Alliance or Joint Venture settings to tackle complex challenges.
  • Embed risk management principles into project systems and methodologies.
About You

You're a problem solver, leader and collaborator with a consultative mindset and ability to influence stakeholders. With a proven track record in design delivery and conflict resolution within partnerships or Joint Venture settings, you're ready to take your skills to the next level.

Key requirements include:

  • A recognised degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical (Process) or Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in the Water (preferred), Industrial or Mining sector.
  • Demonstrated leadership in design delivery and conflict resolution within partnerships or Joint Venture settings.
