Job Opportunity

The role involves shaping the platform's evolution, contributing to technical decisions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will play a key part in building and maintaining features that directly improve the experience of thousands of workers and businesses.

Key responsibilities include leading architectural design discussions, proposing solutions to complex problems, writing code that relies on daily, and collaborating with Product and Design.

Additionally, you will be expected to contribute to improving software development processes, write clean, testable code, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements
  • A reasoned and pragmatic approach to software development and testing
  • Strong foundational engineering skills demonstrated by writing clean, well-structured code that minimises technical debt
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Commercial experience with GraphQL in production environments
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in software development
