About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team at ForHealth Medical Centres. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our medical centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support our employees and healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding patient care and services.
  • Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, and implement improvements to drive change and enhance patient safety and standards.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, rosters, and recruitment processes to ensure the smooth operation of the medical centre.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and liaise with various stakeholders, including the National Operations Manager, Regional Managers, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and management experience in the healthcare industry, ideally with a qualification in Business Administration or Diploma of Practice Management.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work within documented policies and procedures.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with a passion for people and a personable approach.
