This is a full-time opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing the day-to-day operational requirements of a medical centre. Key responsibilities include talent development, mentoring, performance management, centre improvements, and managing profit and loss statements. The successful candidate will have strong organisational and time management skills, as well as outstanding communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Identify, review, and troubleshoot operational issues; monitor practice safety and standards across the clinic.
  • Talent Development: Mentor and develop employees to achieve their full potential.
  • Employee Management: Manage employee performance, conduct performance management, and drive centre improvements.
  • Profit and Loss Management: Oversee and manage the practice's profit and loss statements.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients and internal stakeholders.
