Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic professional to support individuals with disabilities in transforming their lives. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, making a meaningful impact on people's lives.

This role involves supporting participants in identifying skills to become job-ready, delivering quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements, and enhancing employability through training and support service referrals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to remain composed and adaptable, and possess a strong desire to go above and beyond for participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers.
  • Support participants in developing personalized job plans for clear employment pathways.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups.
Requirements:
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • A current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • A MyGovID (Standard level).
  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check.
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
  • Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
