Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Educational Leader to join our leadership team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care for all children within the service.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in curriculum programming, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide support and mentorship to Educators across rooms.

About The Role

This key leadership position involves motivating and leading a team of educators to achieve outstanding outcomes for children. You will collaborate with the team to embed best practices consistently across the service and establish strong relationships with families.

The ideal candidate will be able to create engaging environments that inspire growth and creativity, and demonstrate a passion for delivering quality education programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality care for all children within the service.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective strategies for improving outcomes for children.
  • Build supportive relationships with families to facilitate open communication and ensure the needs of children are met.
  • Ensure inclusion and support of all children's learning abilities, promoting equal opportunities for all.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Diploma level Early Childhood Education and Care qualification.
  • Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates.
  • Valid Working with Children Check.
