Key Responsibilities- Ensure all relevant guest information is shared with the team, including VIPs, cots, and rollaway beds.
- Support and assist the team during peak periods.
- Perform room spot checks to ensure all rooms meet hotel standards.
- Resolve guest concerns using a pleasant and diplomatic approach.
- Monitor and report maintenance requests as needed.
- Leadership experience in a similar supervisory position.
- Previous experience within a 5-star property.
- Property Management System Opera experience desirable.
- Strong communication skills and high-level computer literacy.
You will be an experienced supervisor with a proven track record of improving operational efficiency, elevating guest experiences, and maintaining the highest room presentation standards. You will bring a collaborative mindset and thrive in a team environment.
As we transition to The Star Brisbane, you will play a critical role in leading the team through change. You will have a demonstrated understanding of relevant industry regulatory requirements and experience embedding these requirements into your ways of working.
