Job Description:

We are seeking a Casual Club Attendant to work at our golf course. The successful applicant will provide exceptional customer service, effectively replenish and sell beverage products, and possess working knowledge of TAB/Keno operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high levels of customer service to members and guests
  • Ensure effective replenishment and sale of beverage products
  • Maintain working knowledge of TAB/Keno Operator
  • Cash handling duties, poker machine maintenance, and food orders
  • Resolve Gaming Floor inquiries and maintain floor cleanliness

Requirements:

  • Strong customer focus and flexibility with rosters
  • Available to work Thursday to Sunday, approx. 20-23 hours per week
  • RSA/RCG certification preferred
