Housekeeping Attendant

Located just minutes from the heart of the city, our hotel serves a diverse mix of business and leisure travelers. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in our daily operations by ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms to the highest standards.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and complaints, providing accurate information about our facilities and features.
  • Adhere to all guest privacy and security protocols.
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping trolleys, ensuring they are well-supplied and neatly presented.

  • A proactive, responsible, and adaptable attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
