Addiction Therapist for Youth Services

The role of the Addiction Therapist involves delivering high-quality care to young individuals and their families. Our team provides evidence-based interventions and optimal health outcomes.
This position requires assessment, counseling, and case management services for youth with substance misuse issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing these services while adhering to relevant policies, procedures, standards, and legislation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care to clients and their family members;
- Deliver assessment, counseling, and case management services;
- Develop and implement youth-focused health education programs.
We are seeking an individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Current AHPRA registration or a Social Work degree and eligibility for the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) are essential requirements.
Required Qualifications:- Current AHPRA Registration or Social Work degree and eligibility for the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW);
- Valid NSW Drivers Licence;
- Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role;
- Working With Children Check (WWCC).
