Employment Opportunities Consultant

About the Role:

We're looking for a dedicated professional to support individuals in securing employment opportunities.

This role involves identifying and pursuing job openings that match the skills and abilities of our participants, ensuring they have the best chance of success.

As an Employment Opportunities Consultant, you'll work closely with our team to deliver quality services while meeting all contractual and compliance requirements.

You'll also develop personalized job plans to help participants achieve their goals and provide ongoing support to ensure they stay on track.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build strong relationships with local employers and community groups, and possess a strong understanding of employment services and disability support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants
  • Develop personalized job plans
  • Deliver quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements
  • Maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups

About You:

We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping others achieve their full potential.

You'll need to have a current driver's license, a comprehensively insured vehicle, and be eligible to work in Australia.

You should also be willing to complete a National Police Check and a Working with Children Check.

A MyGovID (Standard level) is also required.

Availability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm is essential.
